We start the summary of the year with a team picture from the Czech mountains: both year and hiking were tough challenges, but as a team, we made it through. Now it is time to relax and enjoy the view!
Continuous growth
During 2023 we processed over 4 million documents, which is 60%
more than in 2022. What takes only seconds for our digitisation,
would have taken at least 23 years of tedious manual work for
accountants.
We could not have grown so much without our customers: started the
year with 7.4k active companies and in October we welcomed the
10’000th organization choosing to optimize their accounting
practices with CostPocket. Thank you!
Improvements of digitisation accuracy
CostPocket’s digitisation robot accuracy has risen from 90.9% in
Dec’22 to 91.6% in Nov’23. With Estonian documents processed at
95.2% accuracy, we are confident to continue improving with
documents from other countries next year.
New Integrations
Our network of accounting software integrations is growing
further. In 2023 we finalized integrations with Kentaurs in
Latvia, Trigon in Estonia, Systim in Poland, and Fennoa in
Finland.
E-Invoices on the rise
The amount of e-invoices processed with CostPocket has doubled and
now we handle close to 5k of them per month. Is your organization

Throughout the year, we’ve been developing and gearing up for the
launch of exciting new features. Long-waited invoice line
digitisation and automated accounting and much more are coming
next year. Exciting times ahead in 2024!
